Instructions
Remove your cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes before starting.
Wash your fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water, then pat it completely dry with paper towels.
Chop the spinach into small pieces, about the size of a pea, so each bite has flavor throughout.
Place the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat it with your hand mixer until fluffy.
Add the sour cream to the bowl and blend until the mixture looks smooth and uniform.
Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix for 30 seconds.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, mixing until everything combines evenly.
Fold in the chopped spinach using your rubber spatula, making sure it distributes throughout the dip.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until you see it throughout the mixture.
Chop your green onions and fold them into the dip, saving a few for garnish on top.
Transfer the Spinach Ranch Dip to your serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Garnish with reserved green onions just before you put it on the table for your guests.
Notes
