  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix 1 oz packet
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated fine
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot sauce adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove your cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes before starting.
  • Wash your fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water, then pat it completely dry with paper towels.
  • Chop the spinach into small pieces, about the size of a pea, so each bite has flavor throughout.
  • Place the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat it with your hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Add the sour cream to the bowl and blend until the mixture looks smooth and uniform.
  • Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix for 30 seconds.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, mixing until everything combines evenly.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach using your rubber spatula, making sure it distributes throughout the dip.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until you see it throughout the mixture.
  • Chop your green onions and fold them into the dip, saving a few for garnish on top.
  • Transfer the Spinach Ranch Dip to your serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Garnish with reserved green onions just before you put it on the table for your guests.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Not recommended for freezing. Let dip sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
